The Legal bit

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:  Accepting accommodation by telephone, e-mail or in writing, means that you have entered into a legally binding contract.  The first nights stay is required as a deposit for all bookings, which is non refundable.  In the event of a no show or cancellation less than 3 days before your arrival date, the full cost of the stay will become liable.

If you lose your key we will regretfully charge you £100 to cover the cost of a replacement for your room key, its fob together with a replacement front door cylinder and 15 keys. Guests are liable for any damage they make to furniture, fittings, soft furnishings or bedding at the current cost for its replacement. Your booking is made and accepted on condition these terms are accepted by you.
