Single: from £45.00

Double: from £65.00

Twin: from £70.00

King size: from £70.00

(Minimum stay in king size is 2 nights)

Rooms with shared bathroom rates

Single: from £35

Double: from £60

Single occupancy in a Double or Twin: Room price less £10

All prices are per room per night inclusive of breakfast

Some rooms have an oblique sea view and/or balcony access

Sorry but we do not have any family rooms

The Legal bit

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 

By offering and accepting accommodation by telephone, e-mail or in writing both parties have entered into a legally binding contract.  A deposit is requested equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay which is fully refundable if you cancel your booking with more than 14 days notice. We will also refund your deposit if you cancel with less than 14 days notice and we are able to resell the room, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.

Should you have the misfortune to lose your keys we will respectfully ask for a voluntary contribution towards all replacements necessary to ensure the security of our home is maintained.
