All of the above prices are per room per night inclusive of breakfast.From Easter until the end of September we have a 2-night minimum stay policy for weekends although single night stays may occasionally be possible, please contact direct for availability.Please contact us to discuss long term requirements (14 continuous nights or more).

"Hi, we are Merlin and Monty, we live here but are not allowed in the breakfast room or the bedrooms but you may see us while you are here and we look forward to meeting you." Payment: Payment by cash, cheque, BACS transfer and UK issued personal debit card is included in the prices above. If you chose to pay by credit card or a business payment card then a surcharge will apply to cover our costs. For most cards the surcharge is 2%, apart from Mastercard ‘World’, Signia cards, business payment cards and non UK cards of all types, where the surcharge is 3%. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.
Any balance due is payable on arrival please. If you wish to pay the balance of the amount due by cheque we will require receipt no later than 10 days prior to the date of your arrival.
