A warm welcome awaits all visitors to our guest house by the owners Rob and Dee Northcut. We are delighted to announce that in addition to our 4 star award we have earned the prestigious Visit Britain Silver Award for the third year in a row in recognition of our exceptional quality in all areas, particularly in cleanliness, service, food and hospitality.
Our guest house is only 25 metres from the promenade and within short walking distance to Felixstowe Leisure Centre, Felixstowe town centre and restaurants. The Spa Pavilion with its beautiful gardens is only a 10 minute walk away and the town a further 5 minutes. We do not have a car park, parking is on-street but free.
We continually strive to improve standards at our guest house by providing all guests with high quality accommodation and excellent service making your stay in Felixstowe a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Walkers and cyclists are welcome. We have a secure locked shed within a secure garden for storage of your bicycles. Our free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
